Offerings
Strategy first. Then the story.
Four ways to work together, for companies whose expertise is ahead of their story. I don’t just advise. Every engagement pairs strategy with hands-on writing, because strategy without writing sits in a drawer, and writing without strategy is just copy.

Questions
Good to know.
Who do you usually work with?
Technology and B2B companies in healthcare and life sciences, industrial and manufacturing, AI and data, and venture capital, along with funded startups and a few agencies who bring me in for strategy and copy. Clients are in India, the US and beyond, and I work remotely across time zones.
How much does it cost?
I work on an hourly rate that varies with the project, or on a value-based fee tied to the outcome. After our first call I’ll send a short proposal with a clear scope and estimate, so there are no surprises.
We work in a specialised field. Will you understand it?
I’ve written about data pipelines for outcome-based payments, flameproof motors, robotics in manufacturing and interoperability in care coordination. I do the reading, ask your experts the right questions and get the substance right before I make it readable.
How do you use AI?
For research and first-pass structure, where it saves time. The point of view, the story and the strategy are human work, and that is what you are hiring me for.
What happens on the discovery call?
Thirty minutes about you, not me. I’ll ask what you’re trying to achieve, who needs to hear it and what’s getting in the way. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll tell you, and point you somewhere better if I can.
Start here
Tell me what you’re trying to achieve.
Thirty minutes, no pitch. I’ll ask about your goals, your audience and what’s getting in the way, and tell you honestly whether I can help.
